Second Wind Contracting has an immediate need for a skilled construction tradesman to support ongoing commercial and residential construction on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We perform residential renovations, commercial tenant fit-outs, concrete construction, excavation site work and more.

Must have:

• Reliable transportation

• Hand tools

• Ability to pass a DOT physical

• Construction and/or concrete experience - basic knowledge required

• Awareness of construction site safety precautions

• Jobsite cleanliness and awareness of surroundings

• Clean driving record in order to operate company-owned vehicles and machinery

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to live at least 50lbs

• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor

  
  

• Attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Class A CDL drivers license

• Equipment operating experience, including excavator, gooseneck trailer and skid steer

• Knowledge of concrete technique
